Casablanca - Rabat
At Mohamed V International Airport, set foot on Casablanca's glittering shores. You may take a leisurely stroll inside the magnificent Hassan II Mosque on your first day in Morocco. Hassan II constructed the mosque towards the conclusion of his 40-year reign. Admire the serene splendor tucked away next to the Atlantic Coast, and then be taken by private transfer to Rabat to explore the capital and one of the historic imperial capitals. As you enter the city's serene appeal, take in the majesty of the ancient city gate that still projects the Medina.
Rabat - Explore the Heritage of Morocco
The next morning, have a light breakfast at the hotel before meeting your knowledgeable guide outside. Discover the enigmatic labyrinths of the Kasbah des Oudaias passageways and the tightly packed white stucco residences on your tour of Rabat. Scale the top of the Kasbah to see sweeping views of Sale, Rabat's harbor entrance, and the Atlantic Ocean. Proceed to the Mohamed V Mausoleum to see the last resting place of King Mohammed, which is defended by the mounted Royal Household Guard. From there, you can see the partially completed 12th-century minaret known as Hassan Tower.
Fez
Discover the magnificent 9th-century city of Fez, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the medina's respected historical landmarks, which include fountains, fondouks, palaces, homes, and mosques. Experience the magic of an artisan workshop that is still in operation today just as it was a century ago. See the most exquisite pottery, silk, tapestries, sculptures, and metal and leatherwork in the nation, all of which exhibit exquisite details and meticulous craftsmanship. Admire the exquisite blue-green mosaic of the Splendid Fountain in Place Nejjarine and meander through the elongated, colorful corridors of The Mellah, the Jewish Quarter of the city.
Visit the Amazing High Atlas Mountains
Enjoy a free morning by lounging around the hotel, exploring the town, buying souvenirs, or enjoying a cup of tea at a neighborhood cafe while admiring the scenery. In the late morning, your driver will come to pick you up from the hotel. From there, you will move to the Fez airport to catch your flight to Marrakesh. Savor your opulent stay at a five-star hotel located at the foot of Morocco's highest peak, Mount Toubkal, in the High Atlas Mountains. Spend a leisurely afternoon in the grounds of your kasbah hotel or take a quick stroll around the area.
High Atlas: Enjoy Pleasure in the Free Time in the High Atlas
Breakfast will be served to you at the hotel to start the day. Take a self-guided trip across the magnificent topography of the High Atlas Mountains to discover their breathtaking splendor. Explore historic terraced farms that were carved out of the rough mountains hundreds of years ago to enable cultivation and harvesting of crops even in the most isolated towns, despite the land's extreme inclination. Gaze upon the towering mountain peaks in the distance while taking in the clean, refreshing air of this verdant haven. Then take a picturesque camel ride into the setting sun or visit the tiny mountain villages tucked between peaks.
Marrakesh
After a leisurely morning at your own speed, continue on to Marrakesh. After checking into your opulent hotel, start touring the city. In the center of Marrakesh, Jemaa el-Fna is a sizable outdoor plaza that is almost as old as the city. It illustrates the city's cultural core, which is a flurry of activity day and night, with performers such as acrobats, musicians, herbalists, snake charmers, and henna painters. The main area is surrounded by buildings that have enticing rooftop cafes and restaurants with views of the lively plaza and its lively performers.
Take a Cultural and Historic Tour of Marrakesh
The next morning, head to the hotel lobby to meet your guide for a private tour of Marrakesh. The variety of warm yellows, oranges, and pinks that entice you along the charming cobblestone streets of the historic center may captivate you as soon as you get downtown. Start the journey with the Koutoubia Minaret, which is the focal point of Marrakesh and a tribute to the nation's illustrious and enduring Islamic past. After that, take a trip around the Saadian Tombs, which are surrounded by two mausoleums, lovely gardens, and more than a hundred tombs covered with mosaics.
Essaouira
Take off the next morning to beautiful Essaouira. On the way you'll pass through the heart of Morocco's famous nut-growing region as you near the coast. Once in Mogador you'll explore Essaouira’s blue and white medina, revered as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Learn about the former Portuguese stronghold and trading outpost that became the city’s artistic center. You can also stroll along the enchanting streets and alleys to enjoy the ambiance of the labyrinthine design pressed against the sea. You can scale the nearby stairs for 360-degree views of Essaouira in the Moulay El Hassan square.
Oualidia
After a leisurely breakfast, go into the Atlantic to the beautiful coastal town of Oualidia. The rest of the day is yours to explore the area's renowned oysters or visit Oualidia's protected lagoon to see flamingo groups. You can even dunk your toes into the oasis of the lagoon's cold water. To relax in the soft light and shadow of the desert, visit a boutique resort with a view of the oasis. Take in the splendor of your last evening in Morocco while you watch the setting sun together.
Oualidia - Casablanca
Meet your driver outside your hotel for your private transfer to the airport for the last time. At the Mohamed V Airport in Casablanca you'll be escorted to your departing gate, before boarding your international flight home. As you and your partner peer out the window, you can think back to the refreshing Atlantic breeze in the lovely coastal town of Oualidia and the exciting frenzy of activity in Marrakesh for fond memories of your travels in enchanting Morocco.
