Transfer from Menara Airport in Marrakech
Marrakesh arrival. Transfer to your hotel, where you can settle in and relax by the pool before your excursion the next morning. You will meet your tour guide and go through a briefing session, as well as the necessary procedures before the tour begins, and you will receive your welcome pack.
Marrakesh – Bin El Ouidane (approx. 220 km)
You will receive your bikes early in the morning before we depart for Bin El Ouidane. We'll take conventional routes to the High Atlas to warm up so you can get acquainted to your bike and local driving habits before tackling the twisting mountain roads that will give you a fantastic glimpse into the great riding Morocco has to offer. We will visit the beautiful Ouzoud waterfalls and take a brief walk around them. Our overnight stop will be to a wonderful hotel on the lake's edge, where you can relax by the pool or discuss the first day in the bar.
Bin El Ouidane – Azrou (approx. 280 km)
We'll leave the hotel in the morning and begin our ascent into the mountains, with spectacular views of the lake below and the pine forests. We'll take many twists and turns on narrow and rural roads before descending to the national route and pristine tarmac towards Zaouiat Cheikh for lunch. From there, we'll go through Khenifra to the alpine town of Azrou. Our hotel will be a charming chalet-style property on the outskirts of the cedar forest.
Azrou - Fes – Azrou (approx. 160 km)
We'll spend the night in the same hotel and then hop on our bikes in the morning to ride to Fes, an Imperial city rich in history and culture. Before beginning our guided tour of the city and the UNESCO World Heritage tanneries, we'll have the opportunity to change into more comfortable shoes.
After lunch, we'll return to the hotel for some downtime and a delicious dinner.
Azrou – Errachidia (approx. 260 km)
We will begin the day by riding into the woodlands, where we will have the opportunity to observe the peaceful setting and possibly feed the local Barbary Apes. Then we'll face the Middle-Atlas climbing roads, crossing across the mountain range's high plateau. We'll go through the French Foreign Legion tunnel to Errachidia, Dakar's historic old town, before arriving at our overnight lodging. You'll probably find Dakar artifacts - posters and stickers on garage walls - because this region of Africa misses Dakar because it became a way of life and a source of income.
Errachidia – Merzouga (approx. 125 km)
Today we will begin our journey to the Sahara Desert. We make a pit break at our hotel in Merzouga, where we leave the motorcycles and enjoy a delicious meal. We'll have several alternatives for the afternoon:
Those with off-road experience can ride their bikes with the guide to the ghost settlement of M'Fis and the old mines. Others can hire dune buggies and have a guided tour of the dunes. You can also choose to unwind by the pool or explore the property.
Before nightfall, you'll have the choice of going to the large dunes on a 4x4 or camel back to view the sunset before returning to the camp for a refreshing shower, a delicious meal, and some local music around the campfire.
Merzouga – Boumalne Dadès (approx. 270 km)
We'll get up before the sun today to climb the dunes and see the sunrise before breakfast. We return to the hotel, grab our bikes, and ride to the Atlas Mountains. Our trip will take us through uninhabited landscapes and some winding stretches before arriving in Todra Valley and riding beneath massive rocks. We are confident that you will be impressed. We will then ride the final section to a beautiful hotel at the foot of the stunning Atlas Mountains.
Boumalne Dadès – Ouarzazate (approx. 120 km)
We'll be able to leave late because we just have a little distance to travel today. We'll ride to our hotel near Ouarzazate's lake and have time to relax by the pool and at the bar.
Ouarzazate – Taroudant (approx. 290 km)
We'll ride through Ouarzazate before crossing the Anti Atlas Mountains for a coffee break in Tazenakht, Morocco's carpet capital. We'll then continue on to Taroudant via a gorgeous terrain dotted with Argan trees, stopping for lunch in Tallouine, known for its saffron production. Our day's stop will be in a riyadh in Taroudant, where you may take a wonderful walk to visit the local market. If you want to acquire some Argan oil, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Taroudant – Agadir (approx. 160 km)
We'll take smaller, more rural roads to Paradise Valley, then travel to the ocean to our own paradise: a terrific surf and yoga resort with beautiful SPA facilities, an on-site surf school, and a beach bar.
Agadir – Essaouira (approx. 150 km)
A pleasant seaside ride will take us to our next destination. Before arriving in the laid-back beach town of Essaouira, our trip will take us through smaller country roads. In the afternoon, we will visit Essaouira, an extraordinary example of a late-18th-century walled town built according to modern European military architecture ideas in a North African context, and Bob Marley's favorite city. You may explore the old medina, wander on the vast sandy beach, take a Segway trip, or enjoy the laid-back souks and superb seafood.
Essaouira – Marrakesh (approx. 220 km)
The following day, we will ride across the immense plains that lie between the Atlas Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. When we get in Marrakech, we'll drop the motorcycles off at the workshop before transporting you to your accommodation. We'll get together in the evening for a special farewell supper in town.
Marrakech sightseeing tour
Free day in Marrakech to explore the city, which is famous for its Jemaa el Fna, which will take up a large portion of our time: a unique mixture of fragrances, noises, and sensations. The city also has many sites to explore and delight yourself, such as the Majorelle Gardens, Menara, Tombs Saadianas, walks through the mellah medina (the historic Jewish quarter), the route of the walls, and the new city (Gueliz) with Western lifestyles. Riad at night.
Marrakech - Transfer to the Menara airport
Depending on your flight time, you may want to relax or explore the city before your booked pick-up takes you to the airport.
The itinerary may be changed without notice owing to weather, road conditions, or any other condition that the operator or its guides believe will jeopardize the group's safety.
